From the pizzeria to code, a builder's path.
For three and a half years, I built and ran my Paris pizzeria, Asinello. I did everything: concept, overseeing the fit-out, opening, team management, daily operations. 4.9 on Google, and then the sale, in April 2026.
In parallel, I was coding. The website, the back office, the point-of-sale, the CMS. I built the entire software layer of Asinello myself. When I sold the pizzeria, moving into development full-time was the obvious next step.
Four projects, four angles.
An entrepreneurial venture, a personal SaaS, an app for an event, an open-source autonomous agent. Four complete products, designed and coded end to end.
