My Paris pizzeria and its entire software ecosystem, built from scratch: point-of-sale, reservations, online ordering, inventory, accounting, CRM and an AI agent. An in-house system that replaced four to five market SaaS.

Asinello, my pizzeria at 26 rue de Cotte (Paris 12e), opened in 2022. Instead of stacking expensive subscriptions for the till, reservations, click & collect, inventory and CRM, I built the entire software ecosystem myself, tailored to my operation and my team.
End-to-end design, development and operation, alongside daily service. A single codebase covers the storefront, point-of-sale, kitchen, reservations, online ordering, inventory, accounting and CRM. Architecture, database, security, tests and CI/CD included, with no framework and no technical team.
- Point-of-sale (PWA): floor plan, card, cash or split payment, 80mm thermal tickets, end-of-day Z report
- Real-time kitchen view on tablet, order production tracking
- Multi-step online reservations, transactional duplicate guard (database lock) and automated confirmation emails
- Click & collect with Revolut pre-authorization then capture, signed webhooks (HMAC)
- Inventory management, with automatic import of supplier invoices (Metro)
- Built-in accounting: VAT breakdown, revenue summary and exports
- AI agent for Google reviews: reply drafts generated, reviewed then published
- Centralized multi-source customer CRM, GDPR-compliant (export and anonymization)
